Only once on the top of my right hand, idk what's wrong

about a month ago my right hand got a pain on the top of it, felt like it was burning and being stabbed. Only on the top of my hand I felt this and not in my fingers or palm, my wrist however felt sort of like the top of my right hand only less severe. It has only happened that one time and I've seen people talk about chrons disease, but I don't know if it is or why it only happened once, I can't go to the doctor, so best guess please

I'm not sure what your connection of hand pain to Crohn's disease is. about 15% of Crohn's patients have joint pain because of arthritis, but hand pain in itself is no reason to think you have Crohn's. We all have pains on occasion that we have no idea why it happened.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you. Do you already have a Crohn's disease diagnosis and you're wondering if your hand pain is related?

I've tried to edit this post 2x to correct the lower case A at the beginning of the second sentence, but so far it's not working. Huh.
