I'm sitting down with my morning cup (it's been a rough morning) and I realized someone else might want to know that Republic of Tea makes both a turmeric ginger green tea (http://www.republicoftea.com/organic-turmeric-honey-tea-bags/p/V02140/) and a probiotic digestive health rooibos tea (http://www.republicoftea.com/get-probiotic-herb-tea-for-digestive-health/p/V01070/).
The digestive health tea takes a little getting used to, but the turmeric ginger tea is surprisingly drinkable. I don't think the tea makes a huge difference, but it can't hurt, and I'm someone who usually drinks about
four cups of tea a day anyway, so it just makes sense to use a couple of them to get some extra anti-inflammatory goodies.
*edited to add: Obviously, if you have food sensitivities or are on a specialized diet that would prohibit these, I don't recommend them. e.g. I have no issues with soy, which the digestive health tea includes. Read ingredients, do what's best for you.
