Multiple cysts in buttock caused by im injections

My hip region was swollen so my GI referred me to a general surgeon. The surgeon suspected subcutaneous fat on one side and ordered an ultrasound. The ultrasound revealed multiple cysts in both butts caused by im injections over the years. The surgeon said these are not important and forget about them though some are painful.

Ouchie! Honestly, minnie, I am really, really worried about you. You keep mentioning "this flared again" but it has seemed to me you are in a constant flare of something or another with no break in between. You get weak, sick, and in extreme amounts of pain (often screaming). I know I have said it before, but I think you need to consider biologics and/or find doctors who are going to take you more seriously and will be willing to give you more opintions. I am extremely concerned about you.

Is it like a dermatofibroma?

@ Scifigal. I really appreciate your worry. I have an appointment today w my GI to discuss the inflammatory markers results and his future plans. Will keep you updated.
@ Cyborg Ninja. What does dermatofibroma mean? I forgot to mention that I have fibroised areas. Is this what you mean?
