Pains in lower part of my stomach

Could you be a bit more specific as to where on your abdomen you're hurting? The reason I say that is that some call the entire gastrointestinal system the stomach. Is it the anatomical lower part of the stomach or down further in the intestinal/colon area?

Are you a Crohn's patient or wondering if you have Crohn's. Your description of pain without further symptoms is vague. Do you feel sick or have anything else going on?

It's okay--you're asking--that's kind of what we do. There are a lot of people who come here looking for answers who haven't been diagnosed. Of course, we can't make a diagnosis.

If you're female, it could be gynecological. It could be about anything, honestly. According to your above answer, you didn't know this was a Crohn's forum, so I assume your question was a general question about gut pain. I'm glad you're not sick though.

You should see your doctor if it keeps bothering you.
