Had gallbladder out and feel bad

Call your doctor right away. You shouldn't be having white stools after the surgery. Or these other symptoms. Something's wrong. Do you have any yellowing of the whites of your eyes or skin? If you do, you need to go to the ER. White or clay-like stools shows the bile isn't coming from the liver into the GI tract, something that happens with a gallstone blockage of the common bile duct. You could have an injury or something blocking it, which is a medical emergency.
