While I'd agree that it doesn't look all that promising, word on the street is that Entyvio has a very slow onset of action, especially in regards to Crohn's disease. For what it's worth, I'm 9 weeks into treatment and I'm kinda, sorta, noticing a change (but it is up and down and hard to discern at this point - but that day where I only went to the toilet once was awesome). Lots of the reports I'm reading have most patients not seeing any difference until 6 weeks at the earliest, and many not seeing a response until around or after the 10 week mark.
This long term data looks a bit more encouraging, though they did not differentiate between patients who previously failed TNF-alpha antagonists and those who didn't:
