I've always been nauseous coz of my GERD, chronic gastritis and duodenitis. My Crohn's is located in TI, beginning of colon and rectum but still I can relate to how you feel.
For 16 years, nausea has been the symptom I had to live w. Did you consider having an enteroscope, that's a scope that goes through the whole intestines starting from mouth till TI. They use a baloon to go through the entire intestines. I had it 4 years ago and they could take biopsies from my jejunum then. But I don't have Crohn's in jejunum; all I have is a divertuculum.
Like Vitaka mentioned, I can't live w/o Zofran. For daily use, I take Baclofen 3 times, Nexium 40 and famotidine double dose to keep nausea and vomiting at bay. However, I get every now and then, which could be every month or every two months, severe nausea episodes that require being put on zofran injections for 3 or 4 days until my stomach calms down.
Take care :)
