Does this means it could be Crohns?

Read through the posts, it can be helpful even though they can be scary as well...but it's important that you get scoped at this point (I was 22 when I got scoped and very sick at the time) I was an easy case to DX and it surprised me when I first came to this board how difficult it is for so many to get properly DX, it still shocks me to this day honestly but it's a very individual disease. I personally never got much gut pain in all my years (24 now) of having CD and more often than not, my bowel movements are formed (not necessarily normal like they were before getting sick) but the first couple of years it was mostly diarrhea.

Definitely read up on Crohn's disease (and not just forum talk but simple googling as well) there's a lot of good info out there, but you definitely need tests done as there are other GI diseases/conditions like Celiacs, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis and IBS that can all have very similar symptoms and you want to get tested to have a better idea what you're actually dealing with.

I think any disease would be difficult to cope with especially a chronic life long one so you should definitely seek therapy/counselling if it turns out you do have it but it is a day to day experience, some cope very well, others not so much, severity plays a huge roll in that as well.

Any small bowel tests should be done as well since a colonoscopy is only able to reach so far up through the colon (large bowel) and can only get slightly into the terminal ileum (part of the small bowel that attaches to the large) CD can be sneaky and hide in the many nooks and crannies in the GI tract. Because CD can affect any part of the GI tract it's a good idea to get both the small and large bowel checked out.

I hope in your case it turns out to be something other than an IBD or any other serious chronic illness, but getting thoroughly checked out is your best bet.
