Hi Jersey,
So sorry that you're still having issues, it's good at least that they know what's likely causing it with having the SIBO and although as far as I know I don't have SIBO (in remission with my CD) though I am dealing also with IBS-C....hopefully the meds your doc gave you will clear up the SIBO and it will stay that way!
I believe you that it's very exhausting and having the SIBO must be difficult for you to want to eat but it's important that you eat regularly since things can likely get worse if you don't. I had the mindset that the less I ate, the less I would have to use the toilet but there's a good chance that by doing so I may have caused aggravation to my intestines and possibly part of the reason why I also ended up developing IBS, though my therapist and dietitian as well as my GI feel my IBS is more emotionally stress driven.
Hopefully some others will come along and share their experience with having SIBO as well as I'm sure it happens to many other CDers too...and I hope the antibiotics clear the issue up for you very soon!
