Hi Gumby....thanks for the caring thoughts. I am doing alright. I am both very B12 and D deficient (despite taking 5000 iu D3 every day). I know being low on either one can increase depression or moodiness...I think it is true and I am hoping that getting more of each will help. My biggest thing is I am hoping that the B12 injections help with my neck and back pain. I ahve been concerned I was heading for another disk removal since PT was absolutely no help. Giving it another month of injection to see where that is. Really felt like I had a bad cold---and on a bumpy elevator until I get the shot...and after about
two weeks post shot! The gut is the gut....my diet got a little more limited in the past year, but I am generally stable with still certain I have infection issues that doctors do not want to treat. But the stability is the main thing for me.
Today is a sad anniversary and I was glad to see a friendly name on the site---today is one year from when my sister passed away. With that and still not done with my fathers cruddy estate issues from two years ago, I am thinking low B12 and D is only part of my problems. But I have signed up to be a first responder for aiding those who need mental support at my office and I am trying to be a conduit for change in my club. Helping others has been a great way to ease my own troubles.
I appreciate your thoughts...and I still check in every so often. Hope you are feeling better!
