My intestines and colon were not acting well lately but I can say symptoms are under control except for frequent low fever and some more trips to the bathroom. My proctitis is always misbehaving if I might say so. However, the inflammation of my feet tendons has become very painful. I even noticed that my left foot started to be bent towards the inside. A year ago, the orthopedic discovered that my right foot was suddenly bent towards the inside. He prescribed me some anti-inflammatory creams and to wear flat foot insole and only walking shoes and told me if pain became unbearable, I would need to undergo a surgery. The idea of changing the joint of my ankle is freaking me out. Now, it's my left foot.
I wake up in the morning w severe pain in my two feet and I can't step up on them. I'm a college teacher and yesterday; for example, I kept standing for continuous 4 and 1/2 hrs. I went back home in pain and still have it up till now; my feet hurt severly . Def, I can't dare take any painkiller. I can't see any connection between Crohn's and tendinitis or is there any?
