Severe Pain

So I haven't officially been diagnosed yet, though a CT scan has revealed colon inflammation and abnormalities, and I have a host of other similar Chron's symptoms.

I'm scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy in a few weeks.

My question is this. During a flare, have any of you ever experienced severe abdominal cramping (mid-center) that lasts for hours to days, accompanied with vomiting and extreme diarrhea?

Because I've had several of these spells in the past few months. Averaging about once a month. It lasts for over 12 hours generally, shaking and chills as well.

I'm just really wondering if it is a common Chron's thing. In the days following, pretty much my entire right side is sore. Lower, middle and upper. Occasionally after eating, my upper middle or upper left will hurt too.

It usually takes 3-5 days until I'm able to eat much of anything.

it normally takes 5-7 before my energy comes back, I stop having headaches, nausea, etc.

I already have one autoimmune disease...let's add another. Ha

I haven't done a stool sample. But for other dietary reasons, my diet is really restricted at the time. I mainly eat lean meat and fresh vegetables. I'm just learning how to peal them, stay away from garlic, chew really well, and hope for the best. Haha.

I'm allergic to corn, wheat and eggs, and currently can't eat any form of sugar or yeast. Makes having a flare very difficult. Haha

I'm not really sure what else I could eat. Haha. I hate it when one problem makes the others worse.
