I would try to not take any carbohydrates at all, that helped me reduce my gas problems, protein, may be some peanut butter, it has about two grams of sugar but its simple, get the one with only peanuts, eggs in the morning, and steamed Veggies, for example, sea salt and lime with some minced garlic on salmon, which is wild not the farm ones, with no preservatives, broil it and eat with veggies.
it will be hard in the start to eat limited stuff, but you will get used to it in a couple of days.
this is something i did, when i had bloating gas trouble. I still have fistula and abscess which is not under control :)
