Me! Being a bit overweight is the thing I struggle with the most. A huge part of that is yo-yo'ing between prednisone, IV nutrition from pancreatitis, and pregnancy and back and forth with all of it. My metabolism gave up a long time ago. I've found that regular exercise helps much better than trying to diet, especially since we can't eat a lot of the diet foods (I tried spinach in a smoothie once, the pain was absolutely horrendous). So I walk 5 miles every day (or I did before this pregnancy, winter, and 3 colds in one month caught up to me) and that helps. Not tons with losing weight, but with simply not gaining. I also like using the apps MyFitnessPal and MapMyRun to help count calories and track exercise.
