It probably won't. Methotrexate is notorious for having nausea as a side-effect, but Remicade infusions are usually well tolerated. Some people report feeling fatigue for a day or two after the infusion; I never had that, in fact after my first infusion I had more energy (pity it didn't last longer).
The pre-meds they give you before the infusion (benadryl and a steroid, I think) made me sleepy during the infusion, but only for about an hour. It meant that I spent most of my infusions dozing off though. I dunno if you drive, but if you do, you should be okay for driving home afterwards. I had my parents take me to the first couple of infusions in case I had a bad reaction, but I never did. After that I went to most infusions by myself.
