Swimming with a seton and fistula

This is my first time posting! I was diagnosed with CD in 2009 and have been in the worst flare for the last 18 months. Several hospital stays, kidney infections, iron infusions, blood transfusions, lost 30 lbs etc. I had a rectal fistula last year with a seton placed in April. It has been in for a year and there has been no talk about it being removed. Lucky me got a second fistula a few months ago. This time a r.v. fistula. They won't even touch it until I am out of the flare. Luckily I was able to get stelara approved a few months ago through my insurance and am heading into my 3rd injection. I've seen a great improvement. Fingers crossed that I am finally heading out of this flare! The main purpose of this post is to ask about swimming with a seton/active fisutala? I avoided the pool the entire summer last year and it was NOT fair. I have a year old son that loves the pool. We are going away for his spring break and I would like to be able to go on water rides with him without being worried about leaking in the water.

I wear pads every day to help with leaks. I change them constantly. Is there anything we can wear under out bathing suits to be able to enjoy the summer in the water??? Any tips would be very welcome!!
