Entocort side effects ("feminine" side effects??)

Hi! I just started a round of Entocort (9mg for a month and then taper for the next month).

I began roughly two weeks ago (first time taking the drug ever). So far I'm feeling pretty good (my inflammation was pretty mild, however. No pain) But I have been having some strange symptoms and not sure if any other women have experienced these:
I have noticed my breasts have suddenly shrunk a bit (not dramatically but noticably) and also I began to have some menstrual bleeding when I'm not due to have my period for another couple weeks (I almost always have my period on time, so I am thinking it may be related to the Entocort).

I also experienced some chest pains and tachycardia but they have since gone away so I am also not sure if that is related or not. But I'm pretty sure the other ones are.

Has anyone else had this happen or similar? Should I be worried? I am definitely going to mention to my doctor the next time I see her.

Had something similar with periods, but didn't notice my breasts shrinking (pity :-/)

I never related the prolonged periods to Entocort, but now that you mention it, I think it's possible that the two could have been related. At any rate, since coming off the Entocort my periods seem to have gone back to normal and aren't being dragged out over 2 weeks any more.

That said, I can't remember pred affecting my periods in any way and it is a stronger steroid than Entocort. So I dunno. I can't really help you I'm afraid, but let us know what your doctor says.
