I don't have much experience with this but over the years I have experimented on and off with jogging and running to see if it helped/hurt. When I was in a bad flare it never seemed to help or I felt too sick to even try. Last year I had to stop Humira because of side effects, which had my GI symptoms under control but towards the end I had started to have body aches like I would get during a flare. I would have these aches and be extremely tired, most likely from inflammation, in the evening and since I was trying to detox before starting new meds the only way I found to deal with it was by stretching and going for a jog or several short runs. It always helped to some degree or another and it allowed me to get through until the winter when I could no longer go because the winter air bothers my asthma. I'm curious as to how you do with it but to me, from what I've read I feel like it's only a temporary help that can deal with some symptoms but may just mask the inflammation by making you feel temporarily better. I have been having aching again and I know I still have some active disease despite all of the medications I'm on. I tried the regime I had going last year and it didn't seem to help this time.
