More bottom problems

Starting s new post because my old one was not getting any answers.
I had a fistulotomy last march (2016) everything seems to have been healing well until last Wednesday.
Started with sore irritation around anus and then a bruised feeling in buttock just above the fistulotomy scar.
Since then pain has been so bad that I can't sit comfortably anymore, not sure what to do. I tried out of hours doctor and he said no sign of another abscess but could be bruised pain from sciatica and no thoughts at all on skin irritation.
I also noticed that it feels like stools passing over small sore lump and I feel like there is a tiny liquid trickle from time to time.
Has anyone had these problems after a fistulotomy. I am becoming extremely depressed.

It is all very worrying, I had 18 months off work with the Fistula and Seton drain plus the fistulotomy. I am nervous that I have another abscess lurking somewhere down below and will have to take more time off. I am wondering if it's an infection of some kind.

So went to see my doctor, he examined me and ruled out any obvious infection, temperature normal, pulse OK. He could not detect any obvious lumps or abscess and is at a loss as to what is causing my peri anal pain.
He has sent me to the hospital for a blood test to see if there are any high infection markers and if so will refer me back to hospital.
Has anyone any idea on what can cause localised buttock pain plus make you sore around anus. One other symptom is i feel like I need a BM but it is just wind, I seem a bit constipated.
