Small bumps around anus?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right area to post this, I'm 57 and have had these annoying bumps around my anus as long as I can remember. They don't bother me unless one gets aggravated, then in 5-6 days the little hard core comes out all is well until another acts up. I'm very anal (lol) about my hygiene, some of these act like little blackheads if gently squeezed. My gastro guy didn't know what they are. All else with my bowel is normal. any ideas??

Yes, sometimes I have them also...lol. These are very small flesh color bumps that stay dormant most of the time. Then one might get agitated, turn red and painful, then eject it's core like a hard little piece of rice. So strange I've had them forever but they might be multiplying.
