I think that those are actually pretty fine. WBC is something to be worried about if it's extremely elevated - that would mean infection. Since Remicade represses the immune system, having them slightly lower isn't that abnormal.
The flagyl would explain the lower neutrophils - neutrophils are elevated when you have a bacterial infection. Since you just did a course of abx, they would be slightly lower.
As for the rest, it's really not that out of the ordinary. Keep in mind that these particular tests vary greatly from day to day. You can't really rely on them that much unless you are extremely and/or consistently out of range.
