Throat pain

Hope someone did a strep throat culture. I had a sore throat several years ago after being recently diagnosed with crohns...dr. Could not find a thing wrong. But after some years of living with crohns and experiencing some pretty odd symptoms I realize that what it very well could have been was canker sores, who knows. I get them in my mouth, on my tongue, not the first time I have had a bad sore throat, so if all else fails, gargle with a little warm salt water and hopefully you can get some relief. Worth a try...good luck.

I can't remember, are you on Remicade? It's a common side effect. I've had a chronic sore throat for 5 years now, some days so bad I can barely swallow. Or sometimes if my reflux is acting up, I'll have that problem, too, with something feeling like it's stuck.

Yes, I had a flare up in my throat a few years back. I couldn't figure out why I had such a constant sore throat. My doctor put me on an antibiotic which just made me feel worse. Finally got hospitalized with a bad flare, lots of steroids and it got better.
