I mean organic raw apple cider vinegar that is unfiltered, unheated unpasteurized, and contains the microbiological culture called "the mother of vinegar". Can you use it in your meals, drink it etc... without having any Crohn's related problems?
I make home-made vinegar, which is quite similar to
this product and I want to know if it's safe to keep using it. I add it to bone broth soup and I drink it every day.
