Entyvio wearing off?

I don't even know if this is possible, but I seem to start feeling run down and crappy the closer I get to my next Entyvio infusion, which is every 8 weeks. Anyone else experience the same or have any articles about this topic?

Hi Nicole,
First welcome to HW. And it is possible that what you are feeling is the Entyvio wearing off. Have you mentioned this to your doctor? They might want to do blood work to check the blood levels and if needed increase the frequency of your infusions. I know for me this has been my newest miracle drug, I can finally function again (well except for that darn stricture).

Thank you for the welcome L. I will ask my doc about it. Thought it might just be in my head because it's mostly just feeling rundown...exhausted. I noticed a pattern that I would start to complain right before an infusion. How often do you go for your infusions?

I get mine every 8 weeks.

A lot of people have increased infusion frequency to every 4 weeks. Talk to your doctor. This would, of course, have to be cleared with your insurance company too.
