I'm glad you posted this as I've wondered about this too. My eyesight does have temporary changes and has done it for years, but I've figured it has to do with inflammation waxing and waning, though I know nothing about whether there's such a thing. Nowadays when I read too much, my eyes will blur so badly with my glasses on that I can't see to read, but that's a different deal as it clears up after about thirty minutes.
I have a lot of astigmatism and at my age, I'm getting more farsighted by the day it seems. I never had astigmatism until a month after a total hysterectomy, then one day everything was blurry. I was 30. One of my eye doctors said he'd seen that happen before in women and even recalled one patient where hers reversed. Another eye doctor said no way, no such thing happens. You can guess which one I believe.
