does this sound like crohn's or IBS?

ok so
in the past three years i have had chronic diarrhea
had some bleeding for awhile -- but not much-- with stool
also had problem with uncontrollable vomiting that led me in hospital for dehydration for 4 days

i have gone from 140 pounds to 101 in 3 years
in past 4 months have gone from 125 to 101-- i am 5'8 female. nearly emaciated. i cannot gain weight to save my life.
i did not see GI until few months ago

i have diarrhea multiple times per day; 5 - 10 times
have had 2 iodine CT scans that showed mild inflammation of colon wall
but negative colonoscopy and biopsies

my WBC is not that high. fluctuates from 8-13
currently near 10
neutrophiles level is around 71%
that is not that high i do not think

i am always sick -- for around 6 months

after colonoscopy (2 months ago)
i have neuropathy, chronic pain
feel as if i will collapse all the time

i am chronically fatigued. i have been dx with celiac with no tests and "possible appendicitis" in the past few days
i have had sinus / allergy problems that i never had before for 4-5 months--
have glossitis
and red bumps on legs that swell and resemble bruises but are not
skin rashes
have hard mass on right side of abdomen

i feel horrible and i do not know what is wrong with me. i just want to know what is making me so sick. i am getting really thin and cannot find the problem.
i hurt everywhere. swollen lymph nodes in throat. and under armpits.

my GI did not diagnose.
it was a doctor i did not know when i went for pain in ER.
i do not think she really knew how to diagnose. i am not taking it as a diagnosis, but that i need to go back to the GI to find out what exactly is the issue.
i just do not understand how all of this pain that has now spread all over my body can just be IBS.
maybe it is with other symptoms from other problems i do not know.
but it is everyday i feel horrible. i have to take long baths with epsom salt to try to help my joint pain. i use capascin cream. anything i can find.
i make protein shakes with over 1500 calories each and eat about 4 times per day regular meals-- i still am losing weight . i feel like my body is shutting down. i am scared.

You can order the blood test online and pay out of pocket if you don't want think you can get a doc to order it right away. I went through Request a Test online and purchased the test called "Tissue Transglutaminase IgA" (cost is $69.00).

Once I got into a GI doc down the road, he ran the exact same test.

I know it can be hard to wait for answers so hopefully this helps a little.
