I also have enteropathic arthritis which comes when I have flares. I often get pain in joints with stomach problems which subside when stomach problems subside. But for the first time I have two swollen feet which do not go away as the stomach problems went away. My Mesalamine got rid of stomach issues as well as joint pains. But the last joints inflamed and in pain were my feet. Now pain is gone but inflammation is still very much alive. Two very swollen feet. Have any of you had this problem? Been about a month since stomach and pain have gone but swelling very bad in feet and ankles.

Have you been to a rheumatologist? That would be your best bet at this point.
