Bleeding from sigmoid colon-HELP

Hi everyone. I hope you all doing good.

I have about three months, self-limiting crohn’s-like-disease. I probably get it from envoirmental risk factors.

No colonoscopy or ct scan, no medication. I have pain in sigmoid colon area. I’m still bleeding about three months, 1-3 teaspoon daily, from ulcers when bowel moves.

Can someone tell me please, how long will it take until ulcers get healed?

Hello & welcome to Healing Well. First of all you need to know what is wrong with you to get the proper medical treatment. No, none of us can tell you how long it will take for you to heal. How do you know you have ulcers if you have not had any medical testing done? I urge you to get in with a gastroenterologist & have a colonoscopy to see if this is in type of IBD, have a stool test to check for infection or other pathogens, along with blood work. You can see your PCP as it may turn out to be internal hemorrhoids since you are bleeding. Again, go to the dr & get things checked out.
