If this gives images as clear as a scope, it would be truly incredible. The only question I would have is, what about retrieving biopsies?

It seems that biopsies are needed for diagnosis, but for surveillance to see if Crohn's is in a flare or remission it could be very useful

This is awesome to see this gaining momentum! My GI told me about their usefulness and the lack of training in proper techniques in the US a few years ago. I hope It takes hold here in the US too.

The technology does have some limitations as it cannot be used to screen for colon cancer..that is the main reason I get a colonoscopy every year!
