Let me make a couple of suggestions, every evening squeeze in some quiet time just for you, even if it is taking a walk, going off alone in a room & turn down the lights & listening to some soft music or just total quiet. Pamper yourself, go get a massage. Its hard learning at first to give yourself that 30 minutes an evening but if you will stick with it long enough, it will become a part of your routine. I worked in a very high stress job, worked long hours & loved it. However, every 2 weeks I went for a 1 hour massage, helped the migraines & other physical issues, but most of all it helped me relax. I did not spend my weekends doing house work, laundry, grocery shopping, none of that. My weekends were for me & whatever we wanted to do for fun. During the week I did the house hold stuff to free my weekends up. Hire someone to come in & clean weekly, bi-weekly or once a month.
Now is not the time to take on all of things you ignored while finishing up the schooling. Give your body all the time it needs to regroup & re-adjust.
