Pressure and pain

Here’s my story.. for the past 10years I have had unexplained symptoms: mid back spasms caused from breathing deeply, distended abdomen and feeling like I couldn’t take a deep breath past solar plexus- this was uncomfortable to say the least and painful/ debilitating when it would cause spasm. Dr thought prolapsed disc and when MRI negative query fibromyalgia. I was a smoker at the time and felt not only guilty but that this was causing breathing issues.. (happy to say am non smoker now x 3yrs)

No digestive issues at this time or at least that I identified..urgency in mornings that I put down to coffee ☺️ I had burning pain in back between shoulder blades and developed what felt like muscle ache in neck muscles..dr diagnosed the neck pain as atypical reflux..2014

That’s when I began to pay more attention & notice acid in back of throat and could breathing issues felt like asthma (except asthma doesn’t bring on physical muscle spasms) also be related to reflux / hiatus hernia. Then 2015 mucus watery diarrhea with blood. 2016 endoscopy: esophagitis, gastritis; colonoscopy: inflamed ileocecal valve biopsy chronic = crohns. GI prescribed entocort x 3 months then ordered calprotectin stool result >4000 (normal 50) so then prescribed asacolon - developed right neck pain into ear ? Cause then started on Pentasa ....

That brings me to the present day and I when I’m having a bad day like today! My abdomen is swollen and sore right side and pain rises up to mid chest and I feel pressure breathing in. Relatively normal bowel motion today (thinner than normal) after watery explosive diarrhea with blood 2 days prior. ''

I’ve made appointment with new Dr in few days time ..any advice in meantime?? It would be much appreciated!
