Really bad throat pain after endoscopy and colonoscopy.

I am having super bad throat pain!! I have never had this before. It feels like glass when I swallow. I had gotten my endoscopy yesterday. Any tips?
My parents say it was just the spray because it keeps me from producing saliva.
