The cumulative incidence of small-bowel cancer after CD diagnosis was 0% at 5 years, 0.5% at 15 years, and 1.7% at 25 years. The expected incidence based on Iowa white SEER rates was 0.005% at 5 years, 0.02% at 15 years, and 0.03% at 25 years.
