Minnietoty, constant fatigue is an issue for those of us with chronic diseases. My GI and PCP have told me that just cause you blood work looks good, doesn’t mean you should feel great. You body takes time to recover. Since you are in or just had a flare, it will take a while to get back to normal, hopefully. Also, keep in mind the mental fatigue is an issue as well, that has no “blood test” to confirm. This can be just as bad or worse that the physical fatigue. The best thing I have done recently (6 months ago) I started seeing a therapist. His first question was why did it take me so long before I decided i needed help. He said most chronic illnesses cause anxiety, on and off depression, and a host of other issues that make the disease worse. He has been a blessing for me to help me get through my current ordeal and encouraged me to file for long term disability. You make not need that drastic, but the discussions have helped me look at things differently and what is important. I hope this helps
