Rectum pain and feeling sick/faint

I wonder why this happened,, tonight just now I had pain come on in my rectum which I have never had before except very slight pressure feelings before,, I felt like maybe It was because I needed to pass some mucus ,, I have a ileostomy no colon but still the rectum produce mucus,,,

anyway I went to the toilet an as i sat down to try passing something I suddenly started feeling very funny,, very sick an my ears went funny and I was hearing static an it felt like I was going to faint maybe so I had to lye down on the floor, it passed after a minute,, I still feel a bit shaky now but the pain is gone from my rectum and I didnt pass anything , Anyone know why this might have been I think it must be related to crohns,, I dont know if I should go see the gp about it or not.. Im not sure what they would do/say if anything ,,, But if the pain keeps coming again an again what could my gp do if anything,, Im not meant to be seeing my gastro doctor for 6 months but seeing surgeon in a few weeks ,,,,,,,I worry could my rectum perforate because my colon did so this is a real worry
