Having solved own constipation problem successfully (my problems started at 32 of age and now I am 66, and have no problems at all), I will try to help with the advise. To prevent constipation, it is important to have a high quality cellulose in the guts. It holds the water and helps the content of the guts to be transported easily.
A boiled wheat grains have proved to be adequate. I make 200 dry wheat grains boiled and use it evenly during the week. If they stay in water overnight, it is enough to boil it for half an hour. If you add the water and put it directly on the stove, it should boil for 1,5 hours. If I have boiled 200 gr of wheat, I mill it when cooked, add 100 gr of sugar and 50 gr of milled walnuts and a little cinnamon for the taste. It should be taken once a day (I take it in the evening, as a light supper), one or two spoons. Of course, the quantity should be adjusted to the body weight, so you will need to experiment a little! What is important, it is to take it evenly distributed over the week, and not a lot one day, and than to pause one or two days. Wishing you well !
