Humira starting to not work??

I started Humira May of 2018 and just had my colonoscopy last month which my GI said everything looked great! Humira for me worked amazing from the first week but I’ve been dealing with diarrhea for the past 2 weeks now no bleeding but about 7/8 bathroom trips w urgency. I took my dose last week and did see a slight difference right after going less but not normal like I was before. I’ve read my body could be building antibodies against Humira I haven’t talked to my GI yet because I’m hoping I somehow I will get better back to where I was. I was so happy I had found my miracle drug w Humira - My last flare lasted 1 year before Humira and I’m scared I’m headed that direction. Should I be concerned enough to contact my GI and ask for new medication??

I thought it was something I ate when I first started but 2 weeks later I still have D. So it can’t be food or sickness. I’m wondering if it was the scope. 4 years ago I was hospitalized for a week and got into remission 2 years after in remission had a colonoscopy and went into a flare which lasted 1 year.. and been on remission almost a year since started Humira but a month ago had the colonoscopy. I just took a dose of lemon juice and baking powder (I googled and found it’s a quick relief for those w D) today which has helped a lot! Hopefully it’ll do the trick. I’m trying to hold off til my next Humira dose see if that improves my situation before calling the Dr but my husband is worried I’ll let it get into a full flare if that’s what it is.
