Crohn's Pain?

Hi folks! I have been gone for a really long time...like 9 years! So hello and I hope you all have been well. Long story short...I was diagnosed and treated for Crohn's disease in 2007/08 and then undiagnosed with it around 2010. Three hospitals looked at the same biopsies. One said Crohn's and the the other 2 said I was fine. Later told by yet another doctor that I probably have it but it is in remission...so I just don't know. My digestive issues have been continually troublesome but stable in the sense that they have not decreased or increased for several years until now. I have also been diagnosed with severe endometriosis and had 2 laps to remove it and for the past year chronic kidney stones...like 1 to 2 a month are passing. Stones have been going on for years but usually only 2-3 a year vs. my current situation. Anyway, I keep having this pain that for the past year I have been attributing to the stones but now I am starting to wonder if it is something else coupled with the stones. Basically a couple of times a day I get this generalized pain and pressure all over my abdomen and it feels like something is squeezing my entire insides in a constant pressure. Not like cramps just a constant pressure and I feel like my stomach is distended but it is not. Sometimes I will feel like I need to go to have a BM but nothing comes out so I wind up just straining. Now I am not constipated as I have an average of 5-7 BMs a day regularly. The pain is over my entire belly maybe a little more concentrated in the lower quadrants but isn't like a pain I can push on in a certain spot. can't seem to put any pattern to when it happens as in "it always happens X amount of time after eating" or "when I eat this food it happens". In fact this morning it started before I even ate. Has anyone experienced a generalized pain like this from Crohn's? I am wondering if it is time to go back to the gastro.

Thanks for your response. I am going to get some time on the books with the gastro since this pain just keeps happening and now I find myself unable to go to work this morning because it persists. I thought the same thing about a blockage not being the case since I am able to go but I kind of forgot about the strictures so that is a great point. As for the kidney stones, it is a tough one. I had several stones 4mm +that I have had to have surgically removed in the past and or blasted. I have had 5 procedures for them with stents and all. The ones I am passing now are small because I am drinking a lot of water which is good because it keeps them from sticking together and making larger stones....but it is not keeping me from making them. I am on urologist #3 trying to get to the bottom of what is causing it. One big issue is that I do have celiac that went undiagnosed for 27 years and left me with a ton of damage in my small intestines that never fully repaired but as far as all my recent tests for that have gone it is stable in that it has not gotten worse per the biopsies. Maybe it is just me getting old and my body not being able to handle things as well anymore. Sigh...but getting older is a blessing

Agree that it may be a stricture. I have that same type of generalized pain usually followed by more localized sharp pain & nausea. Never hurts to get it checked out again.
