Whole Grain Rice hot cooked ceral

Active Chrones (Ileitis) with
general lower Bowel wall thickening.
I’m on the downside of a pretty severe flair up. I have Whole grain Rice cereal, not
“Instant” . How well might I tolerate this
Please comment if you have tried this hot

You may want to stay away from whole grains for awhile if you're trying to calm things down. Stick with a low residue diet. White rice of maybe try Bazmati. Hope you get things on track soon.
