Might need a little more information regarding your current dietary plan. While most Crohn's sufferers battle weight loss, there are many that have difficulty with losing weight.
I'm guessing that the typical healthy foods that you'd like to eat, are troublesome for your digestion due to having Crohn's. Fruits, veggies, and other higher fibre foods can be an issue.
If you want to simply try the healthier eating approach, you might go with a modified calorie intake, and eat low fat foods. Boiled chicken, steamed fish, turkey, egg whites for protein. While raw fruits and veggies might be a problem, you may get away with steamed or boiled varieties. Some lighter whole grains like light rye toast, some cereals, and you might consider low fat yogourt as well.
There are some with Crohn's and other autoimmune disorders that are having success with the Carnivore diet. You'll need to do some research. This would not be just for weight loss, but for overall health and wellbeing. It's a tough approach in my opinion, but if you can get through the first two weeks, you might find that it's a diet that works for you. Good luck, keep us posted.
