I had setons placed for Fistulas a few months ago. I feel like one of the sites is tearing my skin… the hole seems to be bigger. I occasionally have sharp pain in the area but it comes in short waves. Anyone have a similar experience/advice? Thanks

The sharp pain is fairly common, at least it has been for me. As to the hole appearing bigger, it may depend on the type of seton placed. Is it a cutting seton designed to be tightened? Have you followed up with your colo-rectal surgeon?
