Perianal abscess + sinus tract

Got the results of the MRI pelvis I had to rule out the fibrosis the colorectal surgeon told me about. It turned out to be a perianal abscess + a sinus tract. Is Remicade doing it’s job? I highly doubt it. Out of your experience, should I continue taking Remicade but this time monthly or switch to another biologic?
Bilateral hip joint effusion was also found in the MRI.

Thank you, Susie. Well what made me think of changing Remicade altogether is the idea that both the abscess and sinus tract are on the left side, the same as that of the fistula which was claimed to have healed.
