Lottie,
So sorry that you're having such bad days. As some of us have mentioned, you really need family support and a family/friend advocate. Hopefully, someone can attend appointments with you, and give a matter of fact perspective.
As per your other posts, your symptoms are a bit concerning. Constipation or diarrhea are both very typical of Crohn's, even nausea at times. Vomitting is sometimes a sign of a blockage. It could be a build up of inflammation or even scarring. You might try to take something to get things moving. I would recommend Senekot-S. for starters. It's a more natural laxative with a stool softener. If that doesn't help, try Restorolax. Be careful not to take hard laxatives like ex-lax, just stick with the two I've mentioned.
The blood you mentioned is also very typical, esp. when dealing with uncontrolled inflammation. You could have microscopic bleeding, and could actual amount to very little. Once your treatment starts working, you should see improvement. The exhaustion your experiencing, may be due to low iron as a result of the blood loss. You should be getting a full blood screening for iron, Vitamin D, and some inflammation markers called C-reactive protein, and Sedimentation rate.
When inflamed, many try what's called a low residue diet for a couple of weeks. It's not very nutritious, but should help calm you digestive system down. You can just google it for the info.
I hope I'm not throwing too much at you. As hard is it may be, try to stay positive. The early days of getting diagnosed, and finding the right treatment options are the most difficult. Once you get honed in on the right treatment plan, you'll see that you will be doing so much better. So tough when you're not there yet. If your symptoms continue to get worse, you must get to your GI, or even the emergency department. Many hospitals have on call GI's.
Keep us posted, and hope some of these suggestions will help.
