Mucosa lymphoid tissue?

Anyone heard of this:

colonic reactive mucoas lymphoid tissue? This was the only unusual mention in my Daughters most recent colonoscopy. Seems to be associated with MALT, (mucosa assoiciated lymphoid tissue). The word "reactive" seems to imply a concern though. Anyone ever have this one come up in their resuts?
