BHB perhaps along with COQ10 and Acetyl L Carnitine

Thanks for posting. Always good to hear of alternative treatments. The problem right off the top with this study, is they only report on one subject. A much larger control group would really be needed to be able to rely on the findings. Also, unless I read it wrong, it was done in 2017. Has there been no further research findings in the last 6 years?

Like I said N=1 can't find much on humans,a few mice studies.
But it worked for that person,might work for others.
I usually post in the UC forum,but thought this might be of interest here.
Not much going to happen on supplements.
