I am surrounded by asphalt where I live and not near a beach or park where I can walk around barefoot every day. So I bought a grounding sheet as mentioned by that 94 year old tennis playing woman in the video.
I shredded by rotator cuff thru heavy weight lifting and the pain was keeping me awake at night. Didn't want to take Advil just to be able to sleep. The grounding sheet seems to work well for pain, at least for me.
Doctors are unsure if I have UC or Crohn's colitis but say it doesn't matter “since the meds are the same for both”. For me my Holy Grail is formed stools. Ordinarily to help me get to more solid stools I watch my diet and eat lots of compatible probiotics, but since getting the grounding sheet I find that goal is much easier to attain.
