Has anyone used Low Dose Naltrexone

I read some studies where low dos naltrexone 4.5 mg per day along with pentassa has shown very good results in keeping chrones in remisssion. because naltrezone is inexpensive and with little to no side effects , it seems to have a lot of promise in helping to keep chrones in remission.

I was wondering if anyone has tried this drug before and what results you have had.

There was some in the late 90's & early 2000 that tried it. It was a very mixed bag, most said it helped with pain. It never took off because we would see this forum & the UC flooded with success stories.

You will need a script from a dr & a compounding pharmacy if you decide to try it.
