Tiny specks of blood

Hi all I am new here DX Crohns in 1996, perforation with resection in 2001, been ok since, no meds, 36 year old male.

I have noticed lately very tiny specks of bright blood on the outside of my stools, they almost look orange they are so bright, also sometimes blood on the TP after wiping. There isn't much but I can usually see a couple of them. I am not having any pain, but my diarrhea has been a little worse the past couple months, it comes and goes. I am thinking I should go have this checked out regardless but was wondering if anyone else has this going on with their Crohns or if maybe this is an anal fissure or something. Thanks.

No pain at all, Couple times in big bowel movements a couple months ago felt like I stretched it too much, then there was alot of blood on the paper. I noticed sometimes I get very very itchy down there, drives me crazy.
