Anyone here have post surgical adhesions?  What do they feel like and when do they show up?  I've been having a strange 'pulling' sensation on the left side of my belly button for the past few weeks but it's been 9 months since my resection.

Your description is exactly how I would describe the way adhesions feel. I think I noticed my adhesions before that time frame, but I don't recall how long.

Yeah sounds more like adhesions. I have one area that pinches me once in awhile in my right upper ab area. Not much they can really do for them. I took Neurontin for a while before my last resection and it helped some. If they do surgery for these, they just come back, so thats not an option. Something you just have to live with after abdominal surgeries.

It sounds like an adhesion to me too. I have them in my URQ and they HURT! I had surgery in February and they an infection that lasted forever and know I think I'm stuck with dealing with adhesions. They suck! My surgeon won't operate for them either for fear of doing more damage. I'm trying to learn to deal with them. It hurts every time I yawn or try to take a deep breath.
