You know this board has taught me more about this disease then many conversations with many doctors.  Because of you all last year I knew my original diagnosis of UC was incorrect as I had to many things going on that don't happen with UC patients.  Because of what I learned from you all, I asked better questions, switched doctors multiple times until I found one that knew this disease and could treat it aggressively.  Unfortunately due to insurance I had to stop going to my amazing doctor.  While the new doc is good, I was still a little concerned with how excessively tired I have been.  So I asked, thanks to knowledge gained by these boards, for him to check my B12 levels and iron levels.  What do you know,   I need B12 injections!  Thanks guys and keep discussing all the issues, even if they are gross because you are helping someone!
